Valentýna Ibriqi

Valentýna Ibriqi has been playing the piano under Ellina Belčiková since the age of eight and she quickly drew attention to herself with a number of exceptional results.

At the age of nine, she received First Prize in the Young Pianists Play Steinway & Sons competition, and became the overall winner a year later. She is a laureate of the Beethoven Teplice, Prague Junior Note, Broumov Key, Amadeus, Virtuosi per musica di pianoforte and the International Smetana Piano Competition. She has successfully represented the Czech Republic on stages in Belgium, North Macedonia, Great Britain and the USA. She is a participant in the MenART programme and a scholarship holder of the Karel Komárek Family Foundation. She has repeatedly attended masterclasses with Professor Ivan Klánský. In the summer of 2026, she also took part in masterclasses in Vienna under the guidance of Professor Vladimir Kharin. She has performed at venues including the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and the Rudolfinum, as well as at the Dvořák Prague, Prague Spring and Smetana’s Litomyšl festivals. She has collaborated with the West Bohemian Symphony Orchestra. She is also a laureate of the Golden Nut Award of both the Central Bohemian Region and the Czech Republic.
